IRQDocs is built with a privacy-first approach. We collect the minimum data required to provide the service and never sell your information.

What we collect

Document content you create (business and client details, line items, totals) is stored so you can return to your drafts. Basic anonymous usage data may be collected to improve the product.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to operate IRQDocs — saving documents, generating PDFs and improving reliability. We do not share document content with third parties.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete any saved document at any time from inside the workspace. Deleting a document permanently removes it and its line items, and revokes any public share link associated with it. We may retain anonymous aggregate metrics indefinitely.

Shareable links

When you generate a share link for a document, anyone with the link can view and download that document until you delete it. No other documents in your account become accessible.
