IRQDocs helps you create quotes, invoices and receipts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and what choices you have.

Account information

You can create documents without an account. If you choose to sign in, we collect the information needed to manage your account.

This may include your email address, sign-in method and basic account identifiers. If you use Google sign-in, Google may provide the information needed to authenticate your account, such as your email address.

We use this information to let you sign in, save documents, access your dashboard and manage your account.

Documents and business data

When you create or save documents in IRQDocs, you may enter business details, client details, line items, tax rates, payment details, notes and other document information.

If you are not signed in, documents are created in the app for your current session and are not saved to your account history.

If you are signed in, saved documents are stored so you can view, edit, download, share and manage them later.

You are responsible for the information you enter into your documents. Do not add information that you are not allowed to use or share.

Business profile and defaults

Signed-in users can save a business profile. This may include business name, contact details, address, country, Tax ID, default tax rate, default payment terms and default payment details.

We use this information to help you reuse your business details and document defaults when creating new quotes, invoices and receipts.

Shareable links

Signed-in users can create public share links for saved documents.

Anyone with a valid share link may be able to view the shared document. Only share links with people who should have access.

If you edit a shared document, IRQDocs may invalidate the previous share link as part of the document workflow. You can also remove access by deleting the document or managing the document in your account.

PDF export

IRQDocs lets you create and download PDF versions of your documents.

PDFs may contain the business, client, tax, payment and line-item information you entered. You are responsible for checking the PDF before sending it to anyone else.

Cookies

IRQDocs may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the app working, remember choices and understand basic site usage.

Where optional cookies are used, the cookie banner lets you accept or reject optional cookies.

Essential cookies may still be used where needed to provide the site and app.

Analytics

IRQDocs may use analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4, to understand how people use the website and app.

Analytics may help us understand page views, app opens, document actions and general usage patterns. We use this to improve the product.

We do not use analytics to read the private content of your documents.

Service providers

IRQDocs uses trusted service providers to run the website and app. These may include providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, analytics and email.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to IRQDocs.

Your data ownership

You keep ownership of the information and documents you create in IRQDocs.

Using IRQDocs does not transfer ownership of your document content to us.

You can choose not to create an account.

If you have an account, you can manage your saved documents and business profile inside the app.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information. You can contact us through the contact page if you want to make a request.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect account and document information.

No online service can guarantee complete security. You should keep your account details safe and only share document links with people who should have access.

Children

IRQDocs is not intended for children. Do not use IRQDocs if you are not old enough to use online services in your country.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as IRQDocs develops.

If we make important changes, we will update the date on this page and, where appropriate, provide a clearer notice.
