These Terms of Service explain the rules for using IRQDocs. By using IRQDocs, you agree to these terms.

Features may change as the product develops.

What IRQDocs does

IRQDocs helps users create quotes, invoices and receipts.

You can create, preview and download documents without an account. If you sign in, you can save documents, use your dashboard, reuse business details and create share links. Pro conversion features are available on the Pro plan.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

You should use an email address you control and keep your sign-in details safe. If you think someone else has access to your account, you should contact us.

We may suspend or remove access if an account is used in a way that breaks these terms or creates risk for IRQDocs or other users.

Your documents and content

You are responsible for the content you enter into IRQDocs.

This includes business details, client details, line items, prices, tax rates, payment details, notes and any other information you add.

You must make sure that your documents are accurate before sending or sharing them.

You keep ownership of the content you create. You allow IRQDocs to process that content so the service can create, save, preview, share and export your documents.

Acceptable use

You must not use IRQDocs to:

Break the law
Create fraudulent or misleading documents
Impersonate another person or business
Upload or enter information you do not have the right to use
Interfere with the service or try to access systems you should not access
Use the service in a way that harms IRQDocs, other users or third parties

Shareable links

Signed-in users can create public share links for saved documents.

Anyone with a valid share link may be able to view the shared document. You are responsible for deciding who receives a link.

You should not create or share links for documents that contain information you are not allowed to disclose.

PDFs and downloads

IRQDocs can generate PDF versions of your documents.

You are responsible for checking every document before downloading, sending or relying on it. This includes checking names, addresses, tax rates, totals, payment details, dates and document numbers.

Plans, subscriptions and billing

IRQDocs offers a Free account and a paid IRQDocs Pro subscription.

Free accounts can save up to 25 documents and keep up to 10 active share links. IRQDocs Pro includes unlimited saved documents, unlimited active share links, CSV export for documents and line items, and document conversion. Document conversion lets you convert a quote into an invoice, and an invoice into a receipt, without retyping the same details.

IRQDocs Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription. The current prices are $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year, in US dollars. Prices may change for future renewals with reasonable notice.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time through the Stripe Customer Portal from your account, or by emailing us at hello@irqdocs.com. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so your Pro access continues until that period ends.

If a payment fails, your Pro access may be paused or downgraded until payment is resolved.

Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you think there has been a billing error or an exceptional issue, please contact hello@irqdocs.com and we will look into it. Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law. By starting IRQDocs Pro, you agree that Pro access begins immediately.

Payments and billing are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered into Stripe checkout and are not stored by IRQDocs.

Taxes and fees

Listed prices are shown in US dollars. Unless otherwise shown at checkout, prices may be exclusive of any applicable taxes, VAT, duties, currency conversion costs or bank or card fees, which may be added by your payment provider or required by local law.

IRQDocs does not currently calculate or collect sales tax or VAT on your behalf. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase in your country.

Document conversion

Quote to Invoice and Invoice to Receipt conversion is an IRQDocs Pro feature. You are responsible for checking any converted document before sending, sharing or downloading it.

Not legal, accounting or tax advice

IRQDocs is a document creation tool. It does not provide legal, accounting, financial or tax advice.

You are responsible for making sure your documents meet the rules that apply to you, your business and your customers.

If you are unsure, you should speak to a qualified professional.

Availability and changes

IRQDocs is provided on an as-available basis.

We may change, pause or remove features as the product develops. We may also need to update the service for maintenance, security, performance or legal reasons.

We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we cannot guarantee that IRQDocs will always be available or error-free.

Consumer rights and applicable law

These Terms are intended to be read in line with applicable EU consumer protection rules. If mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you additional rights, those rights are not limited by these Terms.

Limitation of liability

IRQDocs is provided as a practical tool to help create documents.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, missed payments or problems caused by incorrect document content.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Ending your use of IRQDocs

You can stop using IRQDocs at any time.

If you want to ask about your account or data, please contact us through the contact page.

We may suspend or end access if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken or the service is being misused.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as IRQDocs develops.

If we make important changes, we will update the date on this page and, where appropriate, provide a clearer notice.
